Chez Melange Cooking Class for 1800 PCH

Did you miss out on the special '1800 PCH' cooking class at Chez Melange put together by Vicki Goorchenko and Michael Franks in October? Or did you attend but can't find the recipes now? No worries! Here are all of the recipes from that night. (If you want to see the photos from the class, click on Neighborhood Pictures just to the left of this!)
Chicken Parmesan
Ingredients:
Chicken Breasts
Egg
Flour
Breadcrumbs (preferably Panco)
Marinara Sauce
Grated Mozzeralla
Grated Parmesan

Flatten Chicken Breasts
Dust Breasts with Flour
Dip in Egg
Coat with Breadcrumbs
Pan Fry in Olive Oil

Layer in baking dish:
(from the bottom up)
Marinara Sauce
Breaded, Cooked Chicken Breast
Marinara Sauce
Parmesan Cheese
Mozzeralla Cheese

Bake until cheese is melted and chicken is hot.

1 chicken breast (6-8 oz) per person

Serve with buttered pasta w/ parsley & parmesan cheese
